Auto Scap Lot
Overview
This Odoo app provides comprehensive management of lot/serial numbers, including automated alerts and removal processes. It ensures that stakeholders are notified promptly about upcoming removals or actions required, whether automatic or manual. This functionality is crucial for businesses that deal with serialized or batch-tracked products and need to maintain accurate inventory records and communication with customers or internal teams.
Feature
- Alert Date Email Notifications: The app sends email notifications as alert reminders. These notifications are sent specifically on the alert date of lot/serial numbers.
- Removal Date Email Notifications: When current date matches the removal date of a lot/serial number,then it sends an email notification indicating that the removal needs to be done.
- Auto-Remove on Removal Date: If the "Auto-remove on removal date" is set on product level and the current date matches the removal date of a lot/serial number, the system will automatically remove it and an email notification (removal mail) is sent.
- Configuration of Partners: Partners needs to be configured in order to receive email notifications otherwise notification will not send.
- Detailed Notification: The email notifications contain detailed information about the lot/serial number that was removed or needs manual removal. This includes the relevant dates and any necessary instructions.
How It Works
Auto-remove on removal date Configuration
You can also set Expiration date configuration too.
Set Partner(Notification Attendees) Configuration
Once partners are selected, the system would automatically send alert and removal email notifications to these partners when: alert and removal date for a lot/serial number is reached.

User click on lot/serial number then open lot/serial record.
Removal Mail notification
User click on lot/serial number then open lot/serial record and if click on scrap order then open scrap records.
