Key Features

  • Customer-Specific Prices: Automatically apply the last custom price for each customer upon adding the product on the sales order line.
  • Flexible Configuration: Specify whether to apply historic pricing as a general rule across all customers or only specific customers that you choose.
  • Discount History: Track and apply the last given discount for customers on newly created orders.
  • Times-to-go-back Control: Specify how long the system shall look for customer specific prices and discounts and apply them on sales order.
  • Multi-company Support: Supports different configurations per company.

How It Works

  • Configuration.
    1. Go to General Settings -> Companies.
    2. Activate history pricing by selecting either By Customer or All Customer.
  • Select By Customer.
    1. Activate Apply Discount History to give the customer the latest discount.
    2. Set History Pricing Time-to-go-back to specify the duration for which the discounted price is valid in months.
  • Activate/Deactivate History Pricing.
    1. On company contact form, activate Discount History so the latest price will be given on SO/INV.
  • Usage.
    1. When creating a sale order, if history pricing is active for the customer, the latest prices and discounts will be applied automatically.
