Installation Guide
Installation
1. Install the required Python libraries:
- sudo pip3 install simplejson
- sudo pip3 install hubspot
- sudo pip3 install hubspot-api-client
- sudo pip3 install boto3
2. Ensure the Mass Mailing (bhs_mass_mailing) module is installed.
3. Install the bhs_odoo_x_hubspot_connector module in Odoo.
4. Restart Odoo to apply the module changes.
Configuration
- Connect to HubSpot: Go to General Settings and enter the HubSpot API Key to enable synchronization.
- Configure AWS SES Parameters: Set up SES Access Key, Secret Key, and Region for blacklist management.
- Enable Automatic Synchronization: Schedule daily contact and company data synchronization from HubSpot.
- Blacklist Domains: Configure domain blacklist settings to block unwanted email addresses.
- Set Cron Jobs: Define synchronization times for daily updates and blacklist retrieval.
