Users also can check sales price history from the sales order view. Users can also add custom fields or tabs from UI to the sales order view. Users can also configure and create workflows to set automated flow for sales orders and merge sales orders with different options. Users can also select warehouses on each sale order line and delivery order created based on the warehouse selected on the sale order line. Users can also make an advance down payment using the advance payment button in sale order. Users also can create and set multiple tags for sale order and use tags as a filter and find records easily in tree view, also they can search tags from the search view. Users also can identify the product profitability and return rate with the filtration of Day, Week ,Month and Year. Users also print sales day wise reports, payment report for customer invoice/sales, product sales summary reports, user wise sales details report, highest sales products report, top customer product report, sales day book report with particular date range for particular company in XLS and PDF format. Import Bulk Sale Order Lines from Excel/CSV

You have 3 different options to import sale order line.

If you want to import product with "Take Details From The Product" option then follow given XLS format.

If you are using only numeric value for Internal ref or Barcode field then please make sure the cell type/format is Text/Character

1. When code is selected in Import option, please select file that contains code of products.

2. When barcode is selected in Import option, please select file that contains barcode of products.

3. When Name is selected in Import option, please select file that contains name of products.

Import Sale Order Lines Wizard.

1. Product Details Option :

If you select "Take Details From The Product" option then product and product quantity will be taken from selected XLS file, Other product details(UOM, Price) will be taken from already created products.

If you select "Take Details From The XLS File" option then all details will be taken from selected XLS file.

If you select "Take Details With Adapted Pricelist" option then all details will be taken from product applied Pricelist.

2. Import Product By :

You have also option to import products by it's Name/ Barcode or Code(Internal Reference).

If you want to create product while importing sale order line then you have to select import with "Name".

User can enable "Download Sample Files" option and select "File Type" for file and download sample file to import sale order line.

After importing CSV/XLS with "Take Details From The Product" option then you can see the imported product details is taken from already created product.


If you select "Take Details From The XLS File" option then you can see the imported product details is taken from XLS file.


If you select "Take Details With Adapted Pricelist" option then you can see the imported product details is taken with adapted pricelist.

Warning/Validation.

1. It will generate error if you import wrong UOM.

2. It will generate error if you import wrong Tax.

Customer/Partner Credit Limit Assign/Hold/Blocking

Set Credit Limit

In Customer, Invoicing tab you can set Credit limit and blocking limit, even put that customer on hold. Customer will be unable to place any order if put on hold.

Enable or Disable customer credit limit.

While creating any sale order, customer can see its credit limit, also total amount that is receivable till now. Customer can place sale order even if total receivable is more than credit limit.

You can also view notification about customer's due amount.

Credit Limit Wizard

If customer's credit limit exceeded while creating sale order, when customer confirms order. At that time a pop-up is provided that will show a warning to customer that credit limit has been exceeded along with exceeding amount and other details. On clicking confirm button, customer can confirm that sale order.

Auto Generated Email

When customer's credit limit is exceeded, on confirming sale order, an auto-generated email will be sent to administration department. Mentioning, sale order name, customer name, amount exceeded and a link to review that particular sale order. also you can view sale order by clicking on given link.

Customer Blocking Limit

Customer blocking limit is crossed then it will be show the warning about crossed customer blocking limit.

If customer exceeds blocking limit amount then it shows warning pop-up about blocking limit exceeds and customer will be unable to place any sale order.

If any customer exceeds its credit limit by a lot margin or it happens often times, you can put that customer on hold by selecting this option. Once customer is put on hold that customer will be unable to place any sale order.

While any customer is put on hold, if that customer tries to make any sale. After confirming order, a pop-up will be displayed to customer to contact administration department. Also that sale order will not be placed.

  • Where To Add : the place where you want to add the field. like , after or before referenced field.

Here you can select orders which you want to merge, In merge order wizard you can see type for merging order.

If we goes with second type option.After click on Merge button,with second option You can see a new order will be created and other selected order will be deleted.

If we goes with third type option.You can see a 'Merge With' field, In this you can select a existing order in which you want to added another selected orders.After click on Merge button, You can see a another orders merge with selected existing order.And rest of all selected orders will be cancelled.

If we goes with the fourth type option. You can see a 'Merge With' field, In this, you can select an existing order in which you want to add another selected order. Merge with Different Customer

If we ticked 'Merge with Different Customer' checkbox. You can see a 'Customer' field, In this you can select an another customer in which you want to added another selected orders.After click on Merge button, You can see a another orders merge with new order.And rest of all selected orders will be cancelled.

Done and Processed order Error

We can not merge already done orders and also those orders which are in confirm sale. It will be raise Error.

Same Partner Error

We can not merge different partners orders, You should same partner's orders.Otherwise it will be raise Error.
