Overtime Attendance Tracking
Overtime Attendance Tracking automatically calculates overtime based on worked hours, ensuring accurate pay and seamless payroll integration.
Overtime Attendance Report
Overtime Attendance Report summarizes employees' overtime hours, ensuring accurate tracking and compensation.
HR (Overtime Salary) Access Rights
Under Settings > Users & Companies > Users menu user need to enable HR(Overtime Salary) to access Overtime attendance tracking feature.
Extra Hours Configuration
Under Attendances > Configuration user need to enable Count of Extra Hours and need to add start date to use extra hours count of employee.
Employee Working Hours
User need to define average working hours per day for employee.
Auto Created Overtime From Attendance
User can see if an employee works beyond their scheduled hours, the system will automatically detect the excess time and generate overtime.
Employee Overtime Report Wizard
Under Employees > Reporting > Overtime Reports clicking on Overtime Reports menu a wiard will open.
Overtime Report For Auto Generated OT
User need to add details like start date, End date and in Selection Reports user need to select Auto Generated OT for overtime Report and click on OVERTIME REPORT button to generate overtime report.
