Create Manufacturing Order from Sale Order
Automated MRP Management module streamlines manufacturing and inventory operations in Odoo by automating stock tracking, order processing, and material replenishment. It ensures efficient production planning by managing finished goods and raw materials based on predefined Bill of Materials (BOM) rules. When a customer order is received, Odoo automatically calculates the expected delivery date by considering stock availability and lead times. The system reserves finished products for confirmed orders and prioritizes deliveries accordingly. If stock is insufficient, it triggers Manufacturing Orders (MO) or generates Purchase Orders (PO) to replenish raw materials. Additionally, real-time inventory tracking ensures that incoming and outgoing shipments are factored into planning, preventing stockouts and optimizing production. By automating these processes, the module enhances efficiency, reduces manual effort, and ensures a seamless Make-to-Order (MTO) workflow in manufacturing.

User can use automate MRP process to perform efficient manufacturing operations.
Real-Time Order Processing
User can perform real Time order processing based on raw material & product availability.
Configure Multi Steps Routes
BOM with Components
Create bill of material with components which has no on hand quantity.
Create Product and Sub Product
User can see created product and their sub product with operation type in "Inventory" tab.
Create Sale Order
User can select product which has no quantity and confirm order.
Confirm Sale Order
If product has not enough quantity then manufacturing order should be generated automatically in sale order.
User can view generated manufacturing order in "Manufacturing" smart button.
Auto Generated Manufacturing Order
User can view auto generate manufacturing order with component status and also can produce all quantity by clicking on "Product All" button.
User can purchase components by using "Purchases" smart button in manufacturing order.
Auto Generated Purchase Order
Required quantity should be automatically fetched in purchase order so user have to just confirm the order.
Once product available with required quantity, User can see delivery order should be ready to validate.
