It enables users to accurately register all cash inflows and outflows while maintaining real-time visibility into the cash position. With dedicated functionality for opening and closing balances, this solution ensures that each cash session starts and ends with complete transparency and accountability. Businesses can track payments, monitor discrepancies, and maintain detailed records for auditing and financial reporting purposes. Transaction Management
Transaction Management tracks cash receipts and payments, allowing reconciliation to ensure accurate balances.
Transaction Report
A Cash Register Report is available to generate a detailed PDF report of all transactions.
Cash Register Menu
Under Accounting > Accounting > Cash Register menu user can see and create new cash registers on clicking on New button.
Create a New Cash Register
User can create a new Cash Register on clicking on New button where user need to add journal, start Date, End Date and Starting Balance of cash register.User can click on Smart Receipt button to see Receipts.
Create a New Receipt
User can create new receipts on clicking on New button.
User need to click on CONFIRM button to confirm the invoice.
Confirmed Invoice
User can see invoice gone to POSTED state and also user can see the Cash Register reference number under Other Info Tab.
Cash Register Transactions Details
User can see the transaction details and user can click on button for Reconciled the transactions.
Updated Balance of Cash Register
User can see the transaction is reconciled and Ending Balance is updated. User can see Payments on clicking on smart payment button.
Create New Payments For Cash Register
User can see Payments here and also can create new payments on clicking on NEW button.
Confirm Created Bill
User can Confirm bill on clicking on CONFIRM button.
Confirmed Payment Bill
User can see the bill is posted and also cas see the Cash Register Number for reference.
Reconcile Created Bill Transaction
User can see created bill is updated in transactions and can reconcile on clicking on button.User can see all transactions details on clicking on Smart Transactions button.
Cash Transactions
Here user can see all details of their transactions.
Validate Cash Register
User can validate cash registers on clicking on VALIDATE button.
User can see cash register in VALIDATED state. User can print cash register on clicking on PRINT CASH REGISTER.
