Employee Company and Branch Transfer Odoo Apps simplifies transferring employees between companies and branches. It provides an easy-to-use form with sections for current and transfer company details, auto-filling employee information. Transfers follow defined approval stages, with tasks assigned to department managers for approval or refusal, all tracked in the system. Once approved and completed, the employee is archived in the old company and created in the new one with contract details retained. Access rights ensure only HR managers can manage transfers, while department managers handle approvals. This module streamlines employee relocation and maintains accurate records across multiple companies.
Transfer Management
Allows HR teams to manage employee transfers between different branches or companies seamlessly.
Employee Information Management
Retains all employee information, including previous branch/company details, ensuring accurate records.
Employee Profile Updates
A new branch, department, company, or job role is automatically added to the employee's profile during the transfer process.
Cross-Branch/Company Transfer Support
Employees can move between locations, departments, or even legal entities within the same company using the module.
Configure Employee Transfer
Configure the employee transfer settings by selecting the default company and transfer type in the settings.
Create Employee Transfer Form View
Select an employee to transfer from one company or branch to another, and proceed to create the employee transfer.
Submit the employee transfer form to move it to the "Waiting for Department Manager Approval" stage.
In the other user's configuration, set a different default company and select "HR Manager" in the employee transfer.
Employee Transfer Tree View
Then user can login from that user and see the employee transfer list view.
The user can now receive the employee, moving the employee transfer stage to "Done."
Employee Kanban View
Here, the user can view only the received employees.
When a user transfers an employee from one company or branch to another, the transferred employee will no longer be visible here.
Search Employee By Filter
When the user applies the archive filter, the transferred employee becomes visible.
The user can see that the contracts of the archived employee have been deleted.
