Employee Leave Restriction allows businesses to enforce leave policies by restricting leave requests during designated "Mandatory Days" based on departments or specific employees. This module ensures that employees cannot apply for leave on critical workdays, helping maintain workforce availability during peak periods. When an employee submits a leave request, the system automatically checks for overlaps with restricted dates and notifies the user if the request violates company policies. The leave request form and calendar views are updated to reflect these restrictions, ensuring transparency and compliance. Additionally, administrators can configure and manage mandatory attendance days, enabling better workforce planning and operational efficiency.
Configure Mandatory Days
User can configure mandatory days by selecting specific employees and date range.
Restrict to Apply Leave on Mandatory Days
If employee tries to apply leave on mandatory day, Warning raised.
Configure Mandatory Days
Goto Time Off -> Configuration -> Mandatory Days menu in that set mandatory days by selecting specific employees and date range to apply restriction on leave.

When employee tries to apply leave on mandatory day, Warning raised.
