Normally, the bank provides the bank statement in a different format or you can download the bank statement in a CSV or Excel file. Right now Odoo doesn't have a feature to import account bank statement lines easily. Our Import Bank Statement Line Accounting Odoo apps provide very quick-step and cost-effective solutions. After installing this Odoo app you can easily import bank statement lines, cash statement lines, and cash registers into Odoo from CSV or Excel files.

Import Bank Statement Menu
Under Invoicing -> Configuration -> Import Bank Statement menu in that user can import bank statement line.
Import Bank Statement Line Wizard
If user want to import details of bank statement lines from CSV/XLS user can also have option regarding this in import bank statement lines wizard.
User can download sample file to import bank statement lines by enable "Download Sample Files" option and select "Sample Type" as CSV or XLS and click "DOWNLOAD SAMPLE FILE" button on wizard.
Imported Bank Statement Lines View.
After importing CSV/XLS user can see the imported bank statement lines.
Warning/Validation.
It will generate error if user not define Date field value while importing data.
Installation Guide
Before installing this module you have to install following packages in your system.
1.sudo pip install xlrd
2.sudo pip install xlwt
OR
1.sudo apt-get install python-xlrd
2.sudo apt-get install python-xlwt
