Mass Purchase Order Send By Email Odoo apps
This Odoo app helps to send a mass mail of purchase orders to customers with Sale Order report(pdf) as attachment. It adds the ability to select an email template within the wizard for more customizable communication. This Odoo apps also provide feature to easily filter Purchase Order which are sent using email or which need to be sent.
Mass Purchase Order Email Send
Mass Purchase Order Email Send enables bulk emailing of Purchase Orders, with email template selection and tracking of sent email statuses.
Warning/Validation
User try to send mail to purchase order which are in different stages than warning occurs.
Mass Purchase Order Email Send
User can see 'Mass Purchase Order Email Send' in action window which will appear only after selecting any purchase order.
Mass Purchase Order Email Send Wizard
After clicking on "Mass Purchase Order Email Send" button a wizard will open where user need to select email template and click on "Send" button.
Mail Sent
User can see the purchase confirmation email sent and boolean is ticked automatically.
In Request for Quotation form view user can also see the PO Confirmation Email Sent boolean is ticked automatically and po confirmation email sent to customer.
Email Sent to Customer
User can see the mail will be sent to customer.

Purchase Order Filters
User can filter purchase order by "RFQ Email Sent", "RFQ Email Draft", "PO Confirmation Email Sent", "PO Confirmation Email Draft", "PO Cancellation Email Sent" and "PO Cancellation Email Draft".
Warning / Validation
If user try to send Mass Email, to Purchase Order which is not in Draft/RFQ stage then validation error occurs.
Warning / Validation
If user try to send Mass Email, to Purchase Order which is not in Confirmed/Purchase Order stage then validation error occurs.

If user try to send Mass Email, to Purchase Order which is not in Cancelled stage then validation error occurs.
