Multiple Branch Unit Operation for Frontdesk Odoo App is designed to simplify and centralize frontdesk operations across multiple branches or business units within an organization. It enables seamless management of front desk activities such as visitor tracking, appointment handling, and customer interactions while maintaining branch-specific data integrity. With this solution, organizations operating in multiple locations can ensure that each branch functions independently yet remains connected to a unified system, improving coordination, oversight, and service delivery. This module empowers administrators and reception teams to efficiently manage front desk responsibilities in a structured and scalable manner across all their branches.

Multi Branch Concept
It allows you to create multiple Branch/Unit, Working as multi branch concept same as Odoo's multi company environment.

Set Branch On Frontdesk
You can see branch functionality added to Frontdesk stations and visitors.

Branch Access Rights
User have to give branch access like User or Manager, User have to "Multi Branches"
Create Multiple Branch
Branch Administrator can create multiple branch under Settings > Users & Companies > Branch menu, Branch administrator also can set branch details like address, phone, company.


Assign Branch User
Branch administrator can assign a branch for which specific user is belongs.


Multi Branch Feature
Users with "Multi Branches" access rights can see and change multiple branch from header.
On clicking branch on header user can see allowed branches and can select one, on changing branch users branch will also changed under users settings.


Branch on Stations
When creating stations, the logged-in user's branch is assigned as the branch for the stations.
Group by Branch
User can also filter stations records by group by branch filter and only logged-in branch data is display.


Branch on Visitors
When creating visitors, the logged-in user's branch is assigned as the branch for the visitors.
Group by Branch
User can also filter visitors records by group by branch filter and only logged-in branch data is display.
