POS Automated Invoice by Email Odoo App helps users to streamline their invoicing process by sending invoice emails to customers automatically. This app allows users to choose invoice button operations like download invoice, send by email to the customer and both, download and send by email invoice automatically.
Auto Download Invoice
User have the option to configure the invoice button option as download to automatically download invoice in POS.
Download & Send By Email Invoice Option
User have the option to configure the invoice button option as send by email and both download & send by email.
Invoice Button Operation : Download
User need to select the "Download" option for "Button Operation" under the point of sale configuration.
User can see the payment screen with the invoice enable option.
Auto Download Invoice
User can see the invoice will automatically be downloaded.
Invoice Button Operation : Send By Email
User need to select the "Send By Email" option for "Button Operation" under the point of sale configuration if the user wants to send an invoice by email automatically to the customer.
User can see the payment screen with the invoice enable option.
User can see automatically sent an email to the customer.
Invoice Button Operation : Download & Send By Email
User needs to select the "Download & Send By Email" option for "Button Operation" under the point of sale configuration if the user wants to download and send an invoice by email automatically to the customer.
User can see the payment screen with the invoice enable option.
User can see that invoice will automatically be downloaded.
User can see automatically sent an email to the customer.
