This app also introduces a dedicated "Create Ticket" menu on the website, enabling users to seamlessly manage helpdesk tickets tied to POS orders. User can manage POS customer support tickets using helpdesk ticket system.

Create Ticket Directly from Website
User can create ticket directly from website and select the POS order from selection.

POS Orders in Website
Login user can view point of sale orders in the website.
POS Orders List View in Website
Login user can view the list of point of sale order in website and open it by clicking on 'Open Ticket' button.


Submit Helpdesk Ticket in Website
User can fill up the details of helpdesk ticket and see the POS order should be auto captured based on the order selected then submit ticket.


Created Helpdesk Ticket in the Back-end
User can view the created helpdesk ticket in the back-end and view the smart button of POS order.

Create Ticket Menu in Website
