WhatsApp Integration on Point of Sales Odoo Apps

POS WhatsApp Integration Odoo App helps users to send the order details to the customer whatsapp. Users can enable whatsapp from POS configuration. Users can add a POS signature on user preferences to show the signature at last in the message. User have 2 button for send message on whatsapp, If user click on 'Send By WhatsApp' button will allow to change anything in the message, also you can select more than one customer and if user click on 'Send By WhatsApp Direct' button will send to default format to selected customer only. Users can also add or update customer whatsapp numbers on POS.

Whatsapp Configuration for POS

User can tick on 'Enable WhatsApp' checkbox for whatsapp configuration on POS.

POS Signature on User Preferences

User can easily add POS signature on user preferences to show signature at last in message.

Send POS Order to the Customer WhatsApp

User can easily send point of sale order to the customer whatsapp.

Send By WhatsApp Button

If user click on this button will allow to change anything in the message, also you can select more than one customer.

Send By WhatsApp Direct Button

User can click on this button will send to default format to selected customer only.

Add/Update WhatsApp Number on POS

User can add or update customer whatsapp number on POS customer screen.

Whatsapp Configuration for POS

Under point of sale configuration, User can tick on 'Enable Whatsapp' checkbox for send the order details to customer whatsapp.

POS Signature on User Preferences

User can change or update POS signature on preferences.

Send By Whatsapp and Send By Whatsapp Direct Buttons

Send By WhatsApp - Clicking on this button will allow to change anything in the message, also user can select more than one customer.

Send By WhatsApp Direct - Clicking on this button will send to default format to selected customer only.

User can select 'Send By WhatsApp' button.

Set Mobile Number

If mobile number was not set then user can set mobile number, Otherwise directly open messge wizard.

Send Whatsapp Message Wizard

User can change anything in the whatsapp message from this wizard then click on 'Send' button.

Display Whatsapp Message

User can see whatsapp message with POS signature.

Send By Whatsapp Direct button

If user click on 'Send By Whatsapp Direct' button then send whatsapp message to default format for selected customer only.

Display Whatsapp Message Directly

User can see whatsapp message directly with POS signature.

Whatsapp Button on POS Customer

User can click on whatsapp button to send the message from POS customer.

Send Whatsapp Message Wizard

User can change anything in the whatsapp message from this wizard then click on 'Send' button.

Display Whatsapp Message from POS Customer

User can see whatsapp message from POS customer with POS signature.

Add/Update WhatsApp Number from POS

User can add or update customer whatsapp number from POS customer.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

Yes, Starting version 13.0, Every version of the module is sold separately.

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
