HR Employee Probation Management Odoo App helps users allow the organization to manage the performance of employees who are on probation. It is necessary to grant access rights to the user for both manager and HR probation. An employee probation document can be created by the manager with multiple reviews and ratings, and HR can approve or cancel it. Employee probation report can be printed in PDF format by the manager or HR.
Probation Access Rights
User can given access rights for manager probation and HR probation from user configuration.
Create an Employee Probation
Manager or HR can create an employee probation with required details.
Multiple Review for Employee Probation
Manager or HR can give multiple review for employee probation.
Employee Performance Review
Manager or HR can give performance review for an employee probation and based on that rating will be set.
Approve/Cancel Probation Request
Manager or HR can approve or cancel employee probation request.
Print Employee Probation Report in PDF Format
Manager or HR can print an employee probation report in PDF format.
Manager Probation Access Rights
Under user configuration, Select "Manager Probation" access rights to manage employee probation.
HR Probation Access Rights
Under user configuration, Select "HR Probation" access rights to approve the documentation created by the manager.
Employee Probation in List View
Create Employee Probation
Manager can create an employee probation with required details and also view employee reviews.
Add Employee Reviews
Manager can enter review date, reviewer name, review in details and select review or performance based on that rating will be updated.
Send Probation Review
Manager can enter probation description and also click on "Send Probation Review" button to send employee probation review.
Approve Request by HR
HR can view the employee probation request and they can approve or cancel request by clicking on "APPROVE REQUEST" or "CANCEL REQUEST" button and request moved to "WAITING FOR APPROVAL" stage.
HR can approve probation request by clicking on "APPROVE REQUEST" button.
Approved Employee Probation by HR
Manager can view the approved employee probation request by HR and request moved to "APPROVED" stage.
Cancel Request by HR
HR can cancel probation request by clicking on "CANCEL REQUEST" button.
Probation Cancel Reason Wizard
Once HR/Manager can cancel request, They must be enter cancel reason and click on "SET CANCEL REASON" button.
Cancelled Employee Probation Request
HR/Manager can view the cancelled employee probation request with cancel reason and moved stage to "CANCEL" stage..
Print Employee Probation Report
HR/Manager can print employee probation report by clicking on "Employee Probation Report" button.
