Users can quickly locate products by their codes in sale quotations/orders and customer invoices, utilizing convenient filters for customer product codes and names. Additionally, this app ensures that customer product codes are featured in both sale quotation/order documents and customer invoice reports, streamlining the overall sales process and improving clarity for all involved parties.
Features
Configure Product Customer Code
User can enable product customer code checkbox from sale configuration.
Create Product Customer Code
User can create product code for specific customer.
Filter By Customer Product Code & Name
User can use filter for customer product code and name in sale quoataion/order and invoice.
Customer Product Code in Sale Quotation/Order and Invoice Report
User can see customer product code in sale quotation/order and customer invoice report.Configuration for Product Customer Code
Goto Sales -> Configuration-> Settings in that enable 'Product Customer Code' checkbox.
Create Customer Code
In product form under 'Customer Code' tab, User can select product name, enter customer product code and select specific customer for that code.
Search Product by Customer Code in Sale Order
After select customer in sale quotation/order, Where if code is being entered for that particular customer, User can search products by their customer code.
User can view product code as per entered for that particular customer.
