Stop Vendor & Responsible as Followers on Purchase
Purchase Order Disable Followers Odoo App is designed to address the issue of privacy in Odoo by preventing a vendor from being automatically added as a followers in purchase. By default, in Odoo, when request for quotation creation, Buyer becomes a follower, when a message is sent, the recipient becomes a follower, when confirm RFQ, Vendor becomes a follower and gains access to all internal communication within the purchase team.
Using Purchase Order Disable Followers App, this behavior is modified, ensuring that the person receiving the message does not automatically become a follower. This helps maintain privacy and restricts access to internal communication within the purchase team.
Configure Stop Adding a Follower in Purchase
User can configure or tick on 'Stop auto adding followers send by email', 'Stop auto adding buyer as follower', 'Stop auto adding vendor as followers on confirm RFQ' checkbox under purchase configuration.
Vendor Disable as a Follower
User can see vendor disable as a follower or stop adding as followers in purchase.
In Default Odoo Vendor Added as a Follower
In odoo when request for quotation creation done in that case that buyer becomes a follower and can access all the internal communication between the purchase team.
In odoo when sending a message done in that case recipients becomes a follower and can access all the internal communication between the purchase team.
In odoo when request for quotation confirmed in that case vendor becomes a follower and can access all the internal communication between the purchase team.
Disable Followers in Purchase Configuration
Under purchase configuration, User have option to tick on "Stop auto adding followers send by email", "Stop auto adding buyer as follower", "Stop auto adding vendor as followers on confirm RFQ" checkbox for disable follower.
Create Request for Quotation
User can create request for quotation and save it.
Stop Auto Adding Buyer as Follower
User can see follower is disable or stop auto adding buyer as follower while request for quotation creation done.
Send By Mail Request for Quotation
User can create request for quotation and click on 'Send By Mail' button.
Stop Auto Adding Recipients as Follower While Sending Messages
User can see follower is disable or stop auto adding recipients as follower while sending message.
Confirm Request for Quotation
User can create request for quotation and confirm it.
Stop Auto Adding Vendor as Followers on Confirm RFQ
User can see follower is disable or stop auto adding vendor as followers while request for quotation confirmed.
