Purchase Order Cancel, Reverse, Revert and Reset Odoo Apps
Purchase order and stock picking cancel odoo apps is used for cancel Validated/Confirmed and completed purchase order and set it to draft stage. Its very obvious that people or users sometimes make mistakes when working with system, When you confirm the purchase and received goods via receipt/incoming shipments and made mistakes on quantity or anything else and validate receipt/shipment then in by default odoo there is no revert option. Our Purchase Order cancel Odoo apps solved that problem and help users to cancel validated purchase and purchase receipt in Odoo. When you cancel purchase order from the confirm state then it's also cancel related invoices or receipt of that order.This module also have feature of cancel the picking and set it to draft stage specifically.
Cancel Purchase Order in Confirm state
You have option of canceling the purchase order in confirm state, it will also effect the related shipments and bills of that order.
Option to cancel Picking in Done state.
You have option of canceling the picking in done stage, Once you cancel/set to draft the picking, it will also effect on generated quant(cancel/remove generated quant) and stock move too(cancel/make draft stock move).
Configuration
Only specific user will have this control,that's why we have added a new group as a 'Purchase Order Cancel Button' and 'Picking Cancel Button' for access rights.
Cancel Purchase Order
You can see cancel button available now on the confirm(purchase order) state of Order.
If you cancel the order in confirm state then shipments and bills related to that order get effected.
Set to Draft
Once you reset the order and confirm it again it will generate new shipment and cancelled shipment remain as it is.
Cancel Picking
You can see cancel button available now on the done state of picking. If you cancel the done state of picking then stock quant related to that picking get effected.i.e. If you cancel Delivery Order(Done state) quantity of that product will increase,If you cancel shipment(Done State) quantity of that product will decrease.
Set to Draft
Once you cancel the picking after cancel the picking will be in the draft stage. you can delete that picking after cancel it
