Odoo Website Quotation and backend Sales Order requires many actions, such as converting a quotation to an order, creating an invoice, validating an invoice, registering payment for an invoice. Normally, one need to perform these actions manually to complete a Website order or Sales Order. Automated Website order Processing Odoo app provides configuration workflow to automate all or some of these specific processes and action. Once the workflow is configured, it is to be linked with sales order and then all these process will manage accordingly on just one click.

This Odoo app supports for both community as well as enterprise version. This odoo app provides configuration workflow for both sales order and website order. You can select this configured workflow for specific customer and based on selected workflow setting order will be process automatically. While customer accept quotation from the web portal this automated workflow will be process and all the configured action will automatically runs which will reduce lots of manual efforts . Backend sales order user can see process button when user click on it than quotation and sales order process automatically.

Auto Confirm and Validate Order

Auto confirm order and validate order on one click.

Validate Picking

Automatic validate picking or done picking on one click.

Auto Invoice Generation

User can choose option for automatic invoice generation.

Validate an Invoice

User can choose option for validate invoice automatically.

Shipping/Invoice Policy

User can choose option to select the shipping and invoice policy for specific sale orders.

Sale/Payment Journal

User can choose option to select sale journal and payment journal for specific sale orders.

Website Workflow Process will manage by Customer

Customer can see quations and they will manage workflow process by clicking on accept button.

Accept Validate Order

Accept a validate order by customer so website workflow process will be done by automatically.

Goto Invoicing -> Configuration -> Website Auto Sales Workflow for create website auto sale workflow.

Workflow Setup from Customer Side

For particular customer tick "Is automated Workflow" then setup website workflow process.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

Yes, Starting version 13.0, Every version of the module is sold separately.

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
