Helpdesk Ticket Lock Odoo apps provide a feature to lock and unlock support helpdesk tickets, once a user locks the ticket then no other users can edit it, or delete it. Only the user who locked the ticket can update it or unlock it. This odoo app helps users to lock helpdesk support ticket for selected date, and unlock, users can also see ticket locking details. Tickets can be unlocked and updated by only users who lock tickets.

Features
Lock Helpdesk Tickets.
User can lock helpdesk ticket for selected dates.Unlock Helpdesk Tickets.
User can unlock helpdesk tickets.Unlock and Update Ticket Only by User.
User who lock ticket can only unlock and update tickets.Warnings.
User will get warning on unlocking and updating tickets.Lock Helpdesk Ticket
User can lock helpdesk ticket by clicking "LOCK TICKET" button on header.
On lock ticket wizard user have to enter "Ticket Lock Date" and "Ticket Lock End Date" also enable "Are You Sure???" box and click "LOCK NOW" button.
User can see ticket is locked and state is changed to "LOCK", User can also see lock details under "Lock Information" tab.
Unlock Helpdesk Ticket
User can unlock helpdesk ticket by clicking "UNLOCK TICKET" button.
Only user who lock ticket can unlock ticket, If other user try to unlock ticket then warning will raise.
Only user who lock ticket can update ticket, If other user try to update ticket then warning will raise.
On clicking "UNLOCK TICKET" button user can see ticket is unlocked and state is changed, Also lock information is updated.
