Zoom Meeting Integration for Odoo seamlessly integrates Zoom with Odoo Meetings, allowing users to create, manage, update, and launch Zoom meetings directly from Odoo without switching applications. After a simple one-time configuration using the Zoom Client ID and Client Secret, users can generate Zoom meetings with a single click from calendar events. The module automatically creates and synchronizes the meeting link, Meeting ID, passcode, meeting code, duration, and other meeting details with Zoom, while supporting both internal and external meetings. Users can secure meetings with passwords, copy or launch meeting links directly from Odoo, and send professional email invitations containing complete meeting details, with every invitation automatically logged in the chatter for easy tracking. By bringing Zoom meeting management into Odoo, this integration reduces manual work, improves collaboration, and provides a faster and more organized virtual meeting experience.

Zoom Meeting Configuration
Configure Zoom by going to Settings > Users, selecting a user, and entering the Client ID and Secret Key under the Zoom Meeting tab. Then click Authorization to connect Zoom with Odoo.
Once the Zoom credentials are entered and authorized, the connection status updates to Confirmed, and a Refresh Token button becomes available under the Zoom Meeting tab in the user's settings.
Zoom Integration in Odoo Calendar
From the Calendar module, Users can schedule a meeting and click Create Zoom Meeting to automatically generate a Zoom link.
When the user clicks the ‘Create Zoom Meeting’ button, the Zoom Meeting ID, link, and code are automatically generated. After adding attendees, the user must click the ‘Update’ button to save these details to the meeting. If any meeting details are changed later, the user must click the ‘Update’ button again to reflect the changes in the Zoom link.
The user can set a password for the Zoom meeting and then click the 'Send Email' button to share the meeting link with all attendees.
Once the meeting details, including the password, are set, the user can click the 'Send' button to email the Zoom meeting invitation to all selected attendees, which includes the meeting link, ID, code, password, and duration.
When the user clicks the Send button, the link is sent to the attendees and the user can see this action recorded in the chatter.
Accessing Import Customer
Now, The user can enable the Zoom Meeting field, which makes the Zoom Meeting Configuration tab visible. From there, the user can customize the settings as needed, update the details, and then copy the Zoom meeting link.
Now, The user can paste the Zoom meeting link into the browser to open the meeting. From there, the user can click the Launch button to start the meeting.
