A Faster, Smoother Checkout Experience
Website Onepage Checkout replaces Odoo's default multi-step checkout (address → shipping → payment on separate pages) with a streamlined single-page accordion interface. A convenient toggle in the Website Settings lets you enable or disable the one-page flow at any time. Delivery address, billing address, delivery method and payment are displayed as collapsible panels — panels auto-advance as the customer completes each step, green checkmarks show progress, and any completed step can be re-opened with a single click. No page reloads, no lost context, fewer abandoned carts.

Key Highlights
Configuration Toggle
Activate or deactivate the one-page checkout from Website → Configuration → Settings. When disabled, the standard multi-step flow is used seamlessly — no data loss, no side effects.
Accordion Panels
Delivery address, billing address, delivery method and payment — each in its own collapsible panel with numbered steps and a clear visual status indicator.
Auto-Advance Flow
After completing a step, the next panel opens automatically. The customer flows through checkout without clicking any “Next” button. Delivery method advances directly to payment.
Visual Progress
Completed panels display a green border and checkmark badge. A summary (address name, carrier & price) is shown so the customer always knows where they stand and what they chose.
Native Odoo Integration
Reuses all standard Odoo RPC endpoints and QWeb templates. Fully compatible with all payment providers, delivery carriers and third-party modules that extend the native checkout.
Responsive Design
The accordion adapts to mobile screens with tighter padding and truncated summaries. Works perfectly on desktop, tablet and phone without any additional configuration.
Five Steps, One Page
Every checkout step is an accordion panel — numbered, collapsible, and auto-advancing.
Contact Information
Displays the logged-in customer's name and email automatically — the panel is pre-completed and shown as a recap while the customer focuses on the remaining steps.
Delivery Address
Displays saved delivery addresses as clickable cards. The customer selects one or adds a new address. Once selected, the panel closes and shows the address name as a green-bordered summary. Hidden for service-only carts.
Billing Address
Same card-based selection as delivery. Includes a “Same as delivery” option to skip this step entirely. If the delivery address changes later, the billing panel is automatically invalidated and re-opened.
Delivery Method
Radio buttons listing available carriers with live pricing. Rates are fetched asynchronously. The cart total updates in real time when a carrier is selected. The summary shows the carrier name & price badge. Hidden for service-only carts.
Payment
Shows an address recap at the top, then Odoo's native payment form with all configured providers and saved tokens. For free orders, a simple “Confirm Order” button is shown instead. Always the last panel.
How to Use
From installation to a live one-page checkout in just a few clicks.
Open Website Settings
Go to Website › Configuration › Settings (or Settings › Website) to access the eCommerce checkout options.
Enable One-Page Checkout
Tick the One-Page Checkout checkbox and click Save. The multi-step checkout is instantly replaced by the accordion flow. Uncheck it at any time to revert to the default behaviour.
Browse the Shop
Navigate to the website shop. The product catalog and shopping experience are unchanged — this module only modifies the checkout flow.
Add a Product to Cart & Checkout
Open a product page, click Add to Cart, then proceed to Checkout. Instead of the usual multi-page flow, you land directly on the new single-page accordion checkout.
Confirm Contact Information
The first panel shows the logged-in customer's name and email as a recap — pre-completed automatically. The accordion opens directly on the next step that needs an action.
Complete All Steps & Pay
The customer flows through each step automatically: confirm delivery address, billing address, choose a shipping method, and pay — all on the same page. Completed steps show a green checkmark with a summary. Click Pay now to finalise the order.
