BiziShip: AI-Powered Freight Quoting

Enterprise LTL rates and instant carrier quotes, inside Odoo

The BiziShip module connects your Odoo Sales Orders directly to industry-leading LTL carriers, priced at enterprise carrier rates typically about 15% below published prices. Fetch live freight quotes instantly, compare carriers, and book your shipment in one click — a faster way to manage LTL shipping and freight logistics. AI also extracts freight details automatically from an uploaded Bill of Lading (BOL) PDF.

Requires a BiziShip.ai account. This module is a connector to the BiziShip.ai freight platform. You will need a BiziShip.ai account and API key to fetch quotes and book shipments — enter your key under Settings → General Settings → BiziShip after installing. First month free.

  • Live Sales Order Quoting: A dedicated "LTL Freight Details" tab inside your Sales Orders lets you enter pallet count and cargo dimensions, automatically calculate LTL freight class, and fetch real-time carrier quotes.
  • Quote Comparison & Booking: Compare carriers, transit days, and total charges directly in Odoo. Select your preferred quote and confirm booking with the click of a button.
  • AI-Powered BOL Extraction: Upload a Bill of Lading PDF and automatically populate freight details on the Sales Order.
  • Recurring Pickup & Delivery Hours: Set weekly operating hours per shipment, carried through to the carrier on booking.
  • Shipment Notifications: Configurable email recipients — company defaults, the order's salesperson, and per-shipment extras — notified on booking, delivery, and cancellation.
