Booking and Reservation (Appointment)
The Booking and Reservation Feature enables users to seamlessly schedule and manage appointments, reservations, or bookings across various services.
With an intuitive interface, users can check availability, select preferred time slots, and confirm their reservations in real-time. The module supports you creating multiple types of bookings, such as service appointments, restaurant tables, and more.

Dashboard
The Booking Dashboard provides an intuitive interface for managing reservations and appointments. It shows the kanban view of booking types, including name, duration, number of resources and its bookings. This dashboard makes it easy for businesses to stay organized and responsive.
Each Booking type is displayed as a block. Click on it to open its resource/staff schedule
Type of Booking
The Type of Booking feature allows users to select from various booking categories, such as appointments, reservations, events, or rentals. This flexibility ensures businesses can tailor the booking process to suit their services, providing a personalized and streamlined experience for users.
From the view of Dashboard, click on Create to add a new Type of Booking. Visit our demo site to have a look.
Booking Schedule
The Booking Schedule by Staff or Resource feature enables users to assign bookings based on specific staff members or resources (e.g., rooms, equipment). This ensures efficient allocation, real-time availability tracking, and optimized scheduling, helping businesses manage their operations seamlessly.
Booking by Resource
Access to menu Bookings > Schedule > by Resources. It opens a gantt view which let you have an intuitive interface.
You can easily add new record by clicking on a cell in a row of Resource you want to make a booking. It will open a form will like below:
Booking by Staff
Access to menu Bookings > Schedule > by Staff. It also opens a gantt view similar to menu Bookings > Schedule > by Resource. But, the first column displays a list of Staff instead of Resources.
My Schedule
Staff user can login and easily check all meetings which they are in charge. The meetings are grouped by Type of Booking. The first column shows the list of Booker who makes the booking.

This feature allows users to easily schedule appointments, reservations, or services directly through a website.
