Odoo17 Calendar Stages

This module enhances the Odoo Calendar module by introducing user-defined stages for calendar events. Users can create and manage custom event stages (e.g., Planned, In Progress, Completed) and assign them to calendar events. The module also enhances the calendar event views by displaying the stage using a badge widget in the tree and form views, providing users with an easy and intuitive visual workflow. This helps teams track the progress of events, categorize meetings, and streamline their scheduling workflow.

Key Highlights

Adds a stage field to calendar events.

Allow users to define unlimited custom stages.

Improve scheduling workflow and event categorization.

While creating a new meeting you also have the option to change the stages.

Add Calendar Stages

Below the configuration menu there is the Calendar Event Stages menu,from where you can add new stages for your meeting.

Click the New Button to add new stages.

What does this module do?

This module adds a customizable stage system to the Odoo Calendar. Users can assign stages to calendar events and create their own stages based on workflow needs.

Can users create their own stages?

Yes. Users can freely create, edit, reorder, and delete calendar event stages according to their requirements.

Where can I configure the stages?

Stages can be configured under Calendar → Configuration → Calendar Event Stages.

Are stages mandatory for events?

No. Assigning a stage is optional unless you enforce it through additional customization.

How do I install the module after purchase ?

Extract the ZIP file and copy the module folder to your Odoo addons directory.

Which Odoo versions are supported ?

This module is available for Odoo 16,17,18 versions.
