How to Use
Set up in a few simple steps
Step 1 - Configure Cleanlab
In the Odoo settings, enter your Cleanlab API key, set the recategorization interval in hours.

Step 2 - Create Categories
Go to the Category menu and define your categories. The name and description will be used as prompts for the AI to assign them intelligently.

Step 3 - Choose a Model and Field
Create a Categorization Config by selecting a model (e.g. Helpdesk, Leads), and a text-based field (e.g. Char, Text, Selection, HTML). Assign which categories should be used. Saving the record starts the categorization process.

Step 4 - View Categorized Records
Navigate to a record of the selected model. A banner now shows the assigned category directly in the form view, no clicks needed.

Step 5 - See Confidence Score
Hover over the category icon in the banner to reveal the confidence score.
