ODOO'S FUNCTION

In Odoo, with an Admin/Access Rights account in ODS, Odoo can't create a new access right for the Application.


CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

Users who have access rights to Administration/Access Rights can create access to the Application.  For example: change "Technical Settings" to "My company/Technical Settings."

Step 1:

Go to Settings > Groups >Choose Access Right Application / Manager


Step 2:

Add the Admin under the Users tab > Save


Result: The user can create a new group of access rights.

However, if we do not add any Access Right under Users of Access Right Application / Manager > We cannot add or change anything in the new group.
