Agriculture Management for profitable farms
Plan crops by season, execute field tasks, track input inventory with shortage alerts, log harvest yields, and see true per-field and per-season cost and profit — one connected farm management workflow built natively on Odoo.
Season planning, field task execution, input inventory, and harvest yields live in separate spreadsheets and paper logs. Nobody knows what a field actually cost to produce, when inputs will run short, or whether a season is profitable until long after decisions could have been corrected.
A single season-centric workspace where planned crops drive field tasks, tasks consume tracked inputs, harvests log actual yield, and every labour, machinery and input cost rolls up to real per-field and per-season profit — on one connected system tied to your existing Odoo apps.
Everything the farm office needs
Every capability below is implemented in the module.
Season Crop Planning
Lay out which crop is planted on which field for the season, with planned area, expected yield, and target cost per line, all on a single kanban board.
Field Task Execution
Schedule and track planting, spraying, fertilising, irrigation, and harvesting with assignees, labour hours, machinery hours, and the inputs each task consumes.
Harvest Yield Logging
Record actual output per field and crop against plan, with quality grade and revenue, turning guesswork into production truth.
Input Inventory & Shortage Alerts
Track seeds, fertilisers, and chemicals with receipts and task consumption, live on-hand quantity, and reorder-point shortage warnings before the season runs short.
Per-Field & Per-Season Cost/Profit
Every task rolls labour, machinery, and input costs up to the field and the season, netted against harvest revenue for true cost-per-hectare and profit visibility.
Farm & Field Management
Run multiple farms with company-scoped data, and manage each field's area and soil details for accurate crop and cost tracking.
Equipment & Machinery Tracking
Track machinery with maintenance dates and hourly cost so equipment stays available and its cost is attributed to the tasks that use it.
Farmer & Labour Profiles
Manage farmer and labourer profiles with contact details and hourly wage, feeding real labour cost into every task and field.
Operational Dashboards
Kanban and grouped list views surface active seasons, pending field tasks, and input shortages so the daily job is one click, not a hunt.
How it works
Plan the Season
Set up farms and fields, then plan which crop goes where for the season.
Execute Field Tasks
Assign planting, spraying, and harvesting tasks, consuming tracked inputs as work happens.
Log the Harvest
Record actual yield and quality per field and crop against the original plan.
Review Cost & Profit
See labour, machinery, and input costs rolled up against harvest revenue by field and season.

Frequently asked
Does it show real per-field profit, not just totals?
Yes. Every field task's labour, machinery, and input cost rolls up to the specific field and season, then nets against that field's harvest revenue for a real per-field profit figure, not a farm-wide estimate.
How do input shortage alerts work?
Each input tracks a reorder point against its live on-hand quantity. As tasks consume stock, the system flags any input that has fallen below its reorder point so managers see the shortage before it delays a planting or spraying task.
Can I manage more than one farm?
Yes. Farms, fields, seasons, and tasks are company-scoped, so multiple farms can be run in the same database with data kept separate per farm.
Does labour and equipment cost feed into field cost automatically?
Yes. Farmer and labourer profiles carry an hourly wage and equipment records carry an hourly cost. Logging hours on a field task automatically computes that task's labour and machinery cost.
