Set per-service duration, buffer before and after, minimum notice, and a booking window in days, so the calendar reflects real capacity and avoids overruns.
Confirmation & Reminders
Every booking triggers a confirmation email, and a scheduled action sends a reminder a configurable number of hours before the appointment to cut no-shows.
No-show Analytics
A no-show rate is computed per service, and pivot and graph reporting break bookings down by provider and status so you can see where revenue is leaking.

Frequently asked
How does it avoid double-booking a room or piece of equipment?
A time slot is only offered when the chosen provider and every required room or piece of equipment are all free for that period, so a slot that would clash on any resource is never shown.
Can I take payment when a customer books?
Yes. Each service can require no payment, a deposit, or full payment, and the booking generates a standard Odoo customer invoice for the amount due, so taxes and accounting behave as usual.
How are reminders sent?
A scheduled action runs regularly and emails a reminder a configurable number of hours before each appointment, on top of the confirmation email sent the moment a booking is made.
Can customers see their appointments online?
Yes. Through the Odoo portal each customer views their own appointments and status, and access rules keep every customer limited to their own records.
