Take bookings 24/7 through your Odoo website, schedule against providers and rooms at once, cut no-shows with automated reminders, and turn every appointment into a durable customer record.

THE PROBLEM

Bookings arrive by phone, email, and walk-in, so staff juggle a calendar, a customer record, and payment in three separate places. Shared rooms and equipment get double-booked, no-shows drain revenue, and customers who want to book after hours simply give up.

THE SOLUTION

One Odoo workspace where a website slot picker checks provider and room availability together, confirmation and reminder emails go out automatically, and each booking creates a customer record with optional payment and CRM follow-up.

24/7 Website Booking

Customers pick a service, provider, and live time slot on your Odoo website and confirm in one screen, with no staff involvement required.

Resource-aware Slots

A slot is only offered when the provider and every required room or piece of equipment are free at once, so shared resources are never double-booked.

Availability Rules

Set per-service duration, buffer before and after, minimum notice, and a booking window in days, so the calendar reflects real capacity and avoids overruns.

Confirmation & Reminders

Every booking triggers a confirmation email, and a scheduled action sends a reminder a configurable number of hours before the appointment to cut no-shows.

No-show Analytics

A no-show rate is computed per service, and pivot and graph reporting break bookings down by provider and status so you can see where revenue is leaking.

Payment per Service

Toggle no payment, a deposit, or full payment directly on each service, and the booking generates a standard Odoo customer invoice for the amount due.

Waitlist Capture

When no slot is free, customers join a waitlist instead of hitting a dead end, and staff can book a waiting entry in one click as capacity opens up.

Customer Portal & CRM

Customers view their own appointments in the Odoo portal, and staff can turn any qualifying booking into a CRM opportunity for sales follow-up.

Front Desk Views

A Today view surfaces the day's arrivals with source and status, and calendar, kanban, list, pivot, and graph views cover every way staff need to read the schedule.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked

How does it avoid double-booking a room or piece of equipment?

A time slot is only offered when the chosen provider and every required room or piece of equipment are all free for that period, so a slot that would clash on any resource is never shown.

Can I take payment when a customer books?

Yes. Each service can require no payment, a deposit, or full payment, and the booking generates a standard Odoo customer invoice for the amount due, so taxes and accounting behave as usual.

How are reminders sent?

A scheduled action runs regularly and emails a reminder a configurable number of hours before each appointment, on top of the confirmation email sent the moment a booking is made.

Can customers see their appointments online?

Yes. Through the Odoo portal each customer views their own appointments and status, and access rules keep every customer limited to their own records.
