Frequently asked
Does this replace Odoo's built-in Survey module?
No. It builds a CRM campaign layer on top of the native Survey module, reusing its question builder and public answering flow, so you get CRM targeting and automation without losing any native survey functionality.
Which Odoo editions does it support?
It works on Odoo Community and Enterprise. It only depends on the standard crm, survey, and mail apps, so no Enterprise-only features are required.
Can I customize the follow-up rules?
Yes. Each campaign has its own ordered list of rules, each with its own trigger (any completion, detractor, promoter, or a score threshold) and its own action (schedule an activity, create a lead, log a note, or tag the contact).
How are reminders sent to people who have not responded?
Turn on reminders when you create a campaign and set a delay and a maximum count; a daily scheduled action automatically emails anyone who has not completed the survey yet, up to that maximum.
