Frequently asked
Does this require Odoo Enterprise or the Appraisal app?
No. This module is built entirely for Odoo Community and only depends on the standard hr and mail apps — no Enterprise license or Appraisal module is required.
Can employees only see their own evaluations?
Yes. Access is scoped by security rules so employees see only their own evaluations, or ones where they are the manager; HR and managers with the Evaluation Manager role see every record.
How do deadline reminders work?
A daily scheduled action checks self-assessment and manager-review deadlines and creates to-do activities for the right person — no outgoing mail server is required, though standard Odoo email notifications work automatically if one is configured.
Can I print reports for a whole team at once?
Yes. Select multiple evaluations from the list view and use the Print menu to generate signable reports for the whole group in one action.
