Frequently asked
Does it handle recurring membership billing automatically?
Each membership plan auto-creates its own invoicing product. Confirming a membership lets you generate its invoice with one click, and renewing a membership creates the follow-on record with a single action — billing and membership status never drift apart.
Can trainers only see the members assigned to them?
Yes. A trainer's login is restricted by a record rule to the members they are assigned to, while front-desk staff, managers and owners see the full roster — a boundary that is clear rather than a silently filtered list.
Does it support multiple gym locations?
Yes. Every member, trainer, membership and class carries a branch, and membership revenue and attendance reporting can be viewed consolidated or drilled down to a single branch.
Can members check their own progress and plans online?
Yes, through the Odoo customer portal a member can view their own membership status, attendance history, and assigned workout and diet plans without contacting staff.
