Independent hotels juggle a spreadsheet for reservations, a separate POS for the restaurant, and paper for housekeeping — while a guest's restaurant tab or spa charge never reaches the room bill. The result is double-booked rooms, revenue that leaks between departments, and staff who can't see at a glance which rooms are occupied, dirty, or ready to sell.

Hotel Management brings reservations, housekeeping, restaurant orders, and guest billing into one Odoo module. Every charge lands on a single guest folio, every booking — website or front desk — checks the same live room inventory, and staff always know a room's exact status before they sell it.

Real-Time Overbooking Prevention

Website and back-office bookings write to the same live room inventory. A room can never be sold twice across channels — any overlapping booking for the same room and dates is blocked automatically.

Kanban Reservation Pipeline

Track every stay through Inquiry, Confirmed, Checked In, and Checked Out on a drag-through Kanban board, or open the full reservation form for guest, room, and date detail.

Automatic Room Allocation

Confirming a reservation auto-assigns the first available, clean room of the requested type. Check-in and check-out flip the room's occupancy and housekeeping status automatically.

Unified Guest Folio

Room charges, restaurant orders, and ancillary services all consolidate onto one live guest bill. Register payments and track the balance due without hunting across separate systems.

Housekeeping Workflow

Every checkout auto-creates a cleaning task. Housekeeping moves tasks through Draft, Confirmed, and Done — and a room only becomes sellable again once its task is marked done.

Restaurant Ordering & KOT

Take restaurant orders by table, send them to the kitchen, and bill the total straight to a guest's reservation folio — closing the gap between dining and the room bill.

Ancillary Services Catalog

Maintain a priced catalog of laundry, transport, spa, and other services, and add any of them as a line item directly on a guest's folio.

Website Booking Engine

Publish room types to a public rooms page with live pricing, capacity, amenities, and guest reviews. Bookings confirm instantly and occupy the same inventory the front desk sees.

Pivot and graph views on the reservation folio break down revenue by property, room type, and status — compare occupancy and revenue across every property you run, without exporting to spreadsheets.

How it works

Configure your property

Set up properties, room types, rooms, amenities, and services once — reservations and the website booking page pull from this catalog.

Take the booking

Confirm a reservation from the front desk or let a guest book on your website — either way, the room is reserved and any overlap is blocked.

Run the stay

Check guests in and out, assign housekeeping after checkout, and post restaurant orders and services straight to the guest's folio.

Bill and close out

Register payments against the folio, create the customer invoice, and review occupancy and revenue in the Analytics views.

Frequently asked

Does this replace our existing Odoo accounting?

No — it uses your existing Odoo Accounting app. Guest folios convert to a standard customer invoice with one click, posting into the ledger you already run.

Can guests book directly from our website?

Yes. Published room types appear on a public rooms page with live pricing and availability; a guest's booking confirms instantly and occupies the same inventory the front desk sees, so it can never double-book a room the front desk just sold.

Do restaurant charges really land on the guest's room bill?

Yes. Orders are entered against a table, sent to the kitchen, and billed to the guest's reservation folio with one action, alongside room and service charges.

Can we run more than one property?

Yes. Reservations, rooms, and analytics are all scoped to a property record, with multi-company rules keeping each property's data separate while owners can still compare across the group.
