Every alert is written to the Alert History log with its channel and a sent-or-failed state, and the guided setup wizard lets you send a real test alert on demand so you can confirm delivery before you ever depend on it.
Does this work with multiple warehouses?
Yes. Stock is aggregated across your warehouses by default, and any product can also have its own per-warehouse threshold overrides for companies that need location-specific control.
Will I get spammed with an email for every product that dips low?
Not if you do not want to be. Switch from immediate alerts to a daily, weekly, or monthly digest that rolls every breach into one email with a PDF snapshot attached, and repeat alerts are automatically suppressed once an open purchase order already covers the shortage.
