Consolidate transfers, safely into one.
Select any compatible deliveries, receipts or internal transfers from the list and merge them into a single, validated, fully traceable transfer — with a preview wizard and a reversible undo.
High-volume warehouses accumulate many small, related transfers — several deliveries to the same customer, a stream of receipts from the same supplier, repeated internal moves between the same two locations. Odoo's native workflow forces staff to open, validate and print every one of them individually, wasting time and cluttering the Transfers list.
Select any compatible transfers directly from the Transfers list and merge them in one click, or open the guided wizard to preview the consolidated lines first. Every merge is validated, every source transfer stays traceable, and a mistaken merge can be undone before it is validated.
Merge with confidence
Every capability below is implemented in the module.
One-Click Merge
Multi-select any transfers from the Transfers list and merge them instantly from the Actions menu — no need to open each record.
Guided Merge Wizard
A dedicated wizard shows the consolidated result before you commit, so nothing merges blind.
Line-Level Preview & Quantity Edit
Moves are grouped by product and unit of measure, showing on-hand quantity, original quantity and an editable target quantity per line.
Smart Compatibility Validation
Only transfers sharing the same operation type, source and destination locations and company are proposed; incompatible ones are excluded with a clear reason shown.
Same-Partner or Cross-Partner Merge
Toggle "Same partner only" per merge, with the default behavior configurable from Inventory Settings.
Flexible Source Handling
Choose whether source transfers are cancelled or kept once the merge completes — your call, every time.
Full Source Traceability
The consolidated transfer keeps a Source Transfers stat button, and every source shows a direct link to the transfer it was merged into.
Reversible Undo Merge
Inventory managers can undo an unvalidated merge in one click, restoring every original source transfer intact.
Chatter Audit Trail
Every merge and undo logs a message on both the consolidated transfer and each source transfer, for later review.
How it works
Select
Pick two or more compatible transfers from the Transfers list, optionally filtered by partner.
Review
Open the Merge Pickings wizard to see the aggregated lines, quantities and any exclusion warnings.
Confirm
Set same-partner and source-handling options, adjust quantities if needed, then click Merge.
Track or Undo
The consolidated transfer is confirmed with full traceability; undo it any time before it is validated.
See it in action

Frequently asked
Which transfer types can I merge?
Any transfers sharing the same operation type, source and destination locations and company — deliveries, receipts, internal transfers, POS and dropship pickings are all ordinary Odoo Inventory transfers and are supported.
Can I merge transfers from different customers or suppliers?
Yes. Uncheck "Same partner only" in the wizard, or change the default from Inventory Settings, to merge across partners when that fits your workflow.
What happens to the original transfers after a merge?
You choose: cancel the source transfers once merged, or keep them in place. Either way, the source and consolidated transfers stay linked and traceable.
Can I undo a merge if I made a mistake?
Yes, as long as the consolidated transfer has not been validated. Inventory managers can click "Undo Merge" to restore every original source transfer intact.
