Digital Signature Pro runs fully on Odoo Community and does not depend on Enterprise's Sign module.
Which documents can be signed?

Does the customer or vendor need a portal login to sign?
No. The passwordless email link opens directly to a minimal signing page — no login or portal navigation required.
Can I stop a document from being confirmed until it is signed?
Yes. A per-document-type enforcement toggle blocks confirm, validate or post until the document is signed. It is off by default so it never disrupts an existing flow until you turn it on.
