One Odoo app that auto-generates valid EAN-13 barcodes, SKUs, and internal references together — with a full preview, duplicate detection, an audit trail, and one-click rollback before anything is written.
Odoo ships barcode and reference fields but never fills them. Teams onboarding hundreds of products type codes by hand, and existing tools either do barcodes or references — never both — with no way to spot duplicates or undo a bad bulk run before labels are printed.
A single, unified product barcode generator that produces aligned EAN-13 barcodes and structured SKUs from one rule, checks every code for collisions before writing, records each run, and lets you roll an entire batch back in one click.

Auto-generate valid EAN-13 barcodes with a correctly calculated check digit, plus UPC-A and Code 128 formats for channels that need them.
Prefix & Sequential Numbering
Anchor every code to your own company prefix, which always leads the barcode, followed by a zero-padded running number so each new code is unique and ordered.
Pattern-Based SKU Generator
Compose meaningful internal references from tokens for prefix, sequence, category, category code, product name, and year — so a SKU reads like IP15-128-BLK, not an opaque number.
Industry Preset Templates

Frequently asked
Are the generated EAN-13 barcodes valid?
Yes. Each barcode is built from your prefix and a running number, and the final check digit is calculated with the standard GS1 modulo-10 algorithm so it scans correctly. UPC-A and Code 128 formats are also supported.
What happens if a code already exists?
The preview checks every proposed code against existing products and against the other codes in the same batch. Any collision is flagged and skipped, so duplicate barcodes are never written.
Can I undo a bulk generation?
Yes. Every run is saved in the generation history, and a single Roll Back button restores the previous codes for every product changed in that batch.
Do I need to know how EAN-13 works?
No. Pick an industry preset for Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Fashion, or Electronics and the rule comes preconfigured. You can refine the prefix, padding, and pattern whenever you like.
