Frequently asked
Can I edit prices that come from formula- or discount-based pricelist rules, not just fixed prices?
Yes. Setting a price override on any line creates or updates a product-specific fixed rule on that pricelist, so the effective price changes regardless of what rule type originally computed it — the one universal, safe way to edit any pricelist price inline.
Does editing a price here change my actual pricelist rules, or just a display value?
It changes the real pricelist. An override is written back as an actual pricelist rule, so the price you see in the app matches exactly what customers are quoted — and clearing the override removes the rule to restore the original computed price.
Who can see or edit pricelist prices with this app?
Two dedicated access groups control this: a viewer group that can see the pricing matrix, and a manager group required to edit prices, run bulk repricing, or refresh the matrix — so sensitive pricing stays restricted to the right people.
What happens when I add a new product or pricelist after installing?
The price matrix stays in sync automatically: a new product gets a row for every existing pricelist and vice versa, reinforced by a daily reconciliation job and a manual Refresh button for managers.
