Does this work with a physical barcode scanner?
Yes. Any keyboard-wedge USB or Bluetooth scanner works out of the box — it types the barcode into the focused input and submits on Enter, no extra setup required. Manual search is also available as a fallback.
Can the kiosk show a different price for an active promotion?
Yes. Assign a pricelist to a kiosk and every lookup applies it automatically, showing the customer the exact promotional price with a discount badge when one applies.
What happens if a product isn't found?
The kiosk shows a clear, friendly message instead of an error, and returns to the idle screen after a short delay so it is ready for the next scan.
Can we put our own logo and colors on the kiosk?
