Build purchase orders in one screen
Purchase order multi product selection for Odoo — pick many products at once, set quantities inline, preview cost and stock, then add every line to an RFQ or purchase order with a single click.
Native Odoo adds one purchase line at a time: open a line, search the product, set quantity, repeat. Restocking dozens of items from a vendor becomes minutes of repetitive clicking, and missed or duplicated lines slip through on large orders.
One selection screen where you choose many products, set each quantity, load a whole category, and preview cost and on-hand stock — then commit every line at once with native vendor pricing, taxes and units of measure fully preserved.

One-Screen Multi Select
Add multiple products to a purchase order from a single picker. Choose as many products as you need and confirm once, instead of the add-line, search, set-quantity loop repeated per item.
Per-Product Quantity
Set the quantity for each product right in the picker, so you never have to open and edit every generated order line afterward.
Bulk Apply-to-All
Type one quantity and copy it down onto every selected line at once — ideal for case packs and standard reorder volumes across a long list.
Category Loader
Pull every purchasable product of a category and its sub-categories into the selection in one action — a fast way to mass product select from a large catalog.
Cost & Stock Preview
Each row shows unit cost, on-hand quantity and unit of measure, so buyers pick the right item and avoid over- or under-ordering without leaving the screen.
Live Running Total
A running count of selected products and total value updates as you go, giving a clear preview of the order before any line is committed.
Native Pricing Preserved
Generated lines honour vendor pricelists, taxes, descriptions and units of measure exactly as manual entry, so variant-heavy catalogs never fail to save.
RFQ & Purchase Orders
Request for quotation product selection and purchase order line add multiple products in the same flow. The picker is available only on draft and sent RFQs.
Zero Configuration
Works immediately after install with no setup, and is multi-company safe. Search products by name, internal reference or barcode using Odoo's standard product search.
How it works
Open the Picker
On a draft RFQ, click Add Multiple Products above the order lines.
Select Products
Add products one by one or load a whole category at once.
Set Quantities
Adjust each quantity or apply one value to all, and check the total.
Add to Order
Commit every selected product as a native purchase order line.

The Add Multiple Products button sits above the order lines on any draft RFQ, with vendor, taxes and totals computed natively.
The picker: per-product quantity, unit of measure, unit cost, on-hand quantity, subtotal, and a live count and running total of everything selected.
Load Category pulls every purchasable product of a category and its sub-categories into the selection in a single click.
The selection dialog opens right over the purchase order, so the buyer stays inside the familiar purchase flow from start to finish.
Frequently asked
Does it keep vendor prices, taxes and units of measure?
Yes. Each product is added as a standard purchase order line, so vendor pricelists, taxes, descriptions, expected dates and units of measure are computed exactly as they are during manual entry.
Does it work on both RFQs and purchase orders?
The picker is available on draft and sent requests for quotation. Once an order is confirmed the button is hidden, so a completed purchase order is never altered by accident.
Can I add a whole category at once?
Yes. Pick a product category and click Load Category to bring every purchasable product of that category and its sub-categories into the selection, each ready with an editable quantity.
Does it need any configuration?
No. The module works immediately after install with no setup and is multi-company safe. It reuses Odoo's standard product search across name, internal reference and barcode.
