Build a library of rich HTML note templates, each tagged with a category (terms, delivery instructions, legal disclaimer, internal handling, or other) so your team always reaches for the right wording.
Auto-apply on new documents
Flag a template Auto Apply and it inserts itself onto new sale orders, purchase orders, deliveries, or invoices automatically, using a sequence to pick the right one when several templates match.
Internal vs customer-facing visibility
Every note carries a visibility flag. Customer Facing notes print on the document PDF; Internal Only notes stay inside your team and are never printed.
Sale order notes
Add a rich HTML note directly on the sale order form, pick a template, or write a one-off note for that specific quotation.
Purchase order notes
The same note experience extends to purchase orders, so procurement instructions and vendor terms get the same formatting and reuse as sales.
Delivery notes
