Lot and serial assignment happens only on the delivery order, so the salesperson cannot promise a specific batch, honor a customer's lot preference, or see whether the exact stock being committed is actually free. Orders that need several lots to cover one line are tracked in spreadsheets or warehouse phone calls — error-prone and untraceable.
Select and split the ordered quantity of a sales order line across specific lot or serial numbers right on the quotation, with live reservation-aware availability and expiry dates in view, a one-click FEFO fill to propose the soonest-expiring lots for review, and hard validation that the allocation always matches the line quantity before it ever reaches the warehouse.

Multi-Lot Allocation
Split one order line's quantity across as many lot or serial numbers as needed, with a running allocated-versus-ordered indicator right in the picker.
Reservation-Aware Availability
Every lot shows on-hand quantity minus what other orders have already reserved, so two salespeople can never commit the same units.
Expiry-Visible Picker
Expiration dates are shown for every lot in the selection list, so perishable and regulated stock is never committed blind.
One-Click FEFO Quick-Fill
Populate the picker with the soonest-expiring lots in one click, then review and override before confirming — the speed of automation with full manual control.
Hard Allocation Validation
The sum of per-lot quantities must match the ordered quantity exactly before the line can proceed, eliminating the sum-mismatch errors that reach the warehouse today.
Overselling Prevention
Committing more of a lot than is actually available is blocked at selection time, not discovered at the delivery order.
Delivery Propagation
The lots chosen on the sales order flow through automatically to the delivery order, so the warehouse ships exactly what was promised.
Single-Lot Fast Path
Simple lines that only need one lot stay frictionless — the picker never forces a multi-line split when one lot fully covers the quantity.

How it works
Open the Picker
Click the Lots button on any order line for a lot or serial-tracked product.
Select or Quick-Fill
Add lots manually or use FEFO Quick-fill to propose the soonest-expiring stock.
Confirm Allocation
A live indicator confirms allocated quantity matches the ordered quantity exactly.
Ship the Right Lots
Confirm the order and the chosen lots flow through to the delivery automatically.

Frequently asked
Does FEFO Quick-fill assign lots automatically without review?
No. FEFO Quick-fill only populates the picker with the soonest-expiring lots for you to review, edit, or remove — nothing is committed until you close the dialog with a matching allocation.
What stops a lot from being oversold?
Available quantity per lot already excludes stock reserved by other orders, and the picker blocks any allocation that exceeds what is actually free.
Do the selected lots reach the delivery order?
Yes. The lots chosen on the sales order line propagate automatically to the corresponding delivery order, so the warehouse ships exactly what was committed.
Does the lot picker appear on every order line?
No. It only appears for products configured with lot or serial number tracking, so untracked lines stay clean and unaffected.
