Know what you can actually ship from every location
Stock by Location gives warehouse and sales teams an instant, color-coded breakdown of on-hand, reserved, free-to-use, incoming, outgoing, and forecasted quantities for every internal location, so no one quotes or ships from a location that cannot fulfill.
Odoo's native inventory reporting spreads on-hand, reserved, free-to-use, incoming, outgoing, and forecast quantities across separate screens. Warehouse staff scroll through irrelevant locations to find the two that matter, and sales reps quote against a warehouse that cannot actually deliver — a slow, error-prone way to answer one simple question: what do I have, and where?
Stock by Location puts all six quantity types in a single expandable location tree with color and icon coding, on-the-fly toggles to show only what matters right now, and a persistent warehouse switcher. The same intelligence surfaces on the product form and directly on sales order lines, so overselling is caught before a quote is confirmed.
Everything you need to know your stock, by location
Every capability below is implemented in the module.
Per-Location Stock Tree
Expandable breakdown of on-hand, reserved, free-to-use, incoming, outgoing, and forecasted quantities for every internal location.
On-the-Fly Quantity Toggles

Frequently asked
Does this replace Odoo's native Inventory reports?
No. It adds a focused, decluttered per-location view for quick decisions; the standard Inventory app and its reports are untouched.
Can each user see a different default warehouse?
Yes. The report defaults to the warehouse assigned to the current user, and a top-bar switcher lets them change it in one click.
Will this warn me before I oversell a location?
Yes. Sales order lines show a stock warning when a quoted quantity exceeds what is actually free to use at the resolved location.
Can I export the report to Excel?
Yes. The report includes a one-click Excel export of the full per-location quantity breakdown.
