Bulk ordering at spreadsheet speed for every repeat buyer
Give B2B and repeat customers a fast, row-based ordering form: type SKUs, paste a whole order list, or reload a saved template, watch price and stock update live per row, then add everything to the cart in one click.
Professional buyers already know exactly what they want, but a standard Odoo storefront forces them through search, product page, and add-to-cart one item at a time — turning a two-minute reorder into a twenty-minute chore that shrinks order size and drives repeat customers away.
Website Quick Order replaces that flow with a single spreadsheet-style form: type SKUs with live autocomplete, paste a whole order list, or reload a saved template, then watch price, subtotal, and stock resolve per row before adding everything to the cart at once.
Everything a repeat buyer needs, on one screen
Every capability below is implemented in the module.
Row-based quick order form
Add multiple products in one screen instead of clicking through a single-item add-to-cart flow for every line — the core speed advantage over browsing category pages one product at a time.
Live SKU autocomplete
Type a product code or name and get matching results instantly, so buyers who already know what they want never have to browse.
Bulk paste import
Paste a whole order list — one SKU and quantity per line — and load every row into the form in a single click, no file upload required.
Real-time price, subtotal & stock
Each row resolves price, line subtotal, and stock availability the moment a product is entered, with clear in-stock, low-stock, and out-of-stock badges.
Running order summary
A live total keeps buyers confident in what they are about to purchase, updating instantly as rows are added, edited, or removed.
Add all to cart, one click
Every validated row is added to the standard Odoo cart in a single action, then checkout continues through Odoo's familiar, standard flow.
Save & reuse order templates
Buyers can save a quick order as a named template and reload it in one click for their next standing or recurring order.
Reorder from order history
Past orders can be reloaded straight into the quick order form, resolving current price and stock for every line automatically.
Backend template management
Admins get a dedicated list and form view to review, edit, and manage every saved customer template, plus a per-website enable toggle and a maximum row count setting.
How it works

Type product codes with autocomplete, or paste a full list of SKUs and quantities in one action.

Add everything to cart

Frequently asked
Does this work for both B2B and B2C customers?
Yes. The same quick order form is available to any logged-in or guest storefront visitor, and templates and order history are scoped per customer.
Can customers upload a CSV or Excel file?
Customers paste a list of SKUs and quantities directly into the form, one item per line, and load every row in one click — no separate file upload step is required.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Each row shows a live stock badge — in stock, low stock, or out of stock — based on the product's real-time availability, so buyers see the status before adding to cart.
Do I need to configure permissions before launch?
No. The module ships with sensible default visibility and a single per-website enable toggle in Settings — there is no security group or access rights setup required.
