After assign group to user then user can see Export Data Menu.
We can Apply domain filters to search only the relevant records.
We can set Limit for Record Searches.
For Relational Fields (One2many or Many2many), users can select and export data from the related model's fields.
After clicking the Export Data, an XLS file will be downloaded to your system. You can also download from a template.
