Employee Approval

The Employee Approval Module in Odoo efficiently manages employee approvals by creating a special user group for approvers. Once an employee is approved, they receive a unique code. Approved employees can then be searched by their code or name in the Many2x field.

HOW TO USE

Users can see the approval state and employee code of each employee.



The user has the authority to approve employees.



The user can see the approve button in the employee form.



When the user approves an employee, a unique employee code is generated, and the employee's state is changed to "approved."



In the many2x field, the user can see only approved employees.



The user can search for employees by their code.
