Inventory Adjustment Product Cancel/Reverse

If you've made a mistake while entering stock data in Odoo using inventory adjustments or stock moves, don't worry. The Odoo Inventory Adjustment Cancel and Reverse app allows you to easily reverse inventory adjustments at any stage. With the Cancel Stock Inventory Adjustment app, you can cancel inventory adjustments even if they're already in the "done" stage, and reset them to the draft stage. The "Cancel" button on the Inventory Adjustment is only accessible to users in the "Stock Inventory Adjustment Cancel" group. Members of this group can cancel inventory adjustments in the "done" stage, allowing them to correct any mistakes and input the correct stock levels. Once an inventory adjustment is canceled, the associated journal entry is automatically canceled as well.

HOW TO USE

The user has the ability to activate or deactivate the 'Inventory Adjustment Cancel/Reverse' option.


Inventory Adjustment Validate
After validating the inventory adjustment, the on-hand quantity will be updated.


The user can view the product and see that the on-hand quantity has been updated.


Stock Journal Entry
After the inventory adjustment is validated, the user can view the journal entry.


Cancel Inventory Adjustment
The user has the option to cancel the inventory adjustment by clicking the 'Cancel' button.


After cancelling the inventory adjustment, the on-hand quantity will be reset to zero.


On Hand Quantity Update And Set 00(Zero) Value.


Canceled Stock Journal Entry
The journal entry was Canceled due to the cancellation of the inventory adjustment.
