Cloud Telephony Service and Click to Call VI
This Module Integrates cts.myvi.in (Cloud Telephony Service and Click to Call) with Odoo CRM for Calling Service. Using this Module You will be able to Call the Contact or Customer Through the Lead Form.
Install the Click to Call Module and Setup Click to Call
First, install the module, go to Odoo Settings, then go to CRM, and look for Vi API Configuration. Enter your VI Username, VI Password, and VI Number or CLI Number. See the image below:

After Installing and Setup the Click to Call or CTS Module, You Will Find a Call Button In CRM Lead Form. See Below Image
After setup, go to CRM Lead Form where you will find a Call Button. Ensure youâve set up the "Phone Number" (not Mobile Number) and the customer's "Phone Number" in the Lead Form.

After Setting up VI API Configurations and Customer/Salesperson Number
Now it's time to click on the Call Button. When you tap on the Call Button, the API will initiate the call process. See the image below:

You will get a call on the salesperson's number, and when they accept, it will redirect to the customer's number. See the images below:
