Turn your attendance records into a punctuality control tool. Employee Late Attendance compares every attendance against the employee's working schedule and automatically highlights when a person arrives late or leaves early.
Each working schedule defines its own tolerance, so short, acceptable deviations are ignored and only real late check-ins and early check-outs are flagged — ready to filter, total and analyze.
- Late check-in detection — measures, in minutes, how late each employee checked in against the scheduled start time.
- Early check-out detection — measures how many minutes before the scheduled end time the employee left.
- Configurable tolerance per working schedule — set a grace period for check-in and check-out so minor deviations are not flagged.
- Visual color cues — late and early attendances are color-coded for instant recognition.
- Filters, totals and analysis — dedicated "Late Check In" and "Early Check Out" filters, list totals and pivot measures.
- Zero configuration to start — works out of the box with the standard Employees and Attendances apps.
- Install the module from Apps (requires the standard Attendances app).
- Open Employees → Configuration → Working Schedules and set the check-in / check-out tolerance for each schedule (default 10 minutes).
- Make sure each employee has a working schedule assigned — late and early minutes are computed from it.
Whenever an attendance is closed (check-out recorded), the module compares the check-in and check-out times against the first and last working slots of that day in the employee's schedule. It stores the late and early minutes and flags the attendance when the deviation exceeds the schedule tolerance. Use the Late Check In and Early Check Out filters in Attendances to review punctuality, or the pivot report to analyze it by employee and period.
